anniversary memories
well-kept room ample space genuine warmth divine touch
I adored that the room felt new and well-kept. the room's space was ample by city standards, something i really loved. most staff members showed genuine warmth and care. I wish i could purchase more.
the television picture quality was not ideal. the picture occasionally broke up and froze on various channels.

our king studio featured thoughtful amenities like cozy robes and plush slippers. the bathroom offered a fabulous shower with strong water pressure, a feature i found especially good after long walks. a technological water closet added a unique touch.

amazing location friendly staff unstable wifi poor service
I found the location amazing. It was close to many top spots. the staff members were friendly and helpful to me. the rooms are very clean, and there are plenty of amenities.
I had issues with the tv, even though it was large, the picture would break up on all channels. the wifi was unstable and would drop out on my iphone, frustrating. the room was only serviced once . I had to use wet towels.

infrequent cleaning disappointing compensation
The location proved convenient. It was not directly in the bustle of Times Square.
I found the lack of daily room cleaning to be quite disappointing. I was told cleaning only happened every three days per some supposed 'contract. ' This was never mentioned during my reservation. I expected more frequent service. Even on the scheduled day, the room was not cleaned and I was offered complimentary water as compensation. I am used to better service.

poor service unstable wifi
The location was acceptable. It allowed for relatively easy access to several attractions.
The room cleaning schedule was not daily. My room was only serviced once , a detail NOT appreciated. the television signal kept breaking up. It made watching anything impossible due to constant freezing and disconnections (even streaming).
